The property has a large kitchen, a large hall with adjacent other premises and a ground floor remodeling, a bathroom on the mezzanine floor, two large bedrooms on the first floor and two on the second floor served by an additional bathroom. In the garden, in addition to a covered structure, there is a small swimming pool and a jacuzzi (8 pax), the rooms are all tastefully furnished and equipped with a large TV, as in the ground floor hall.
